THE COMPANY
OxB Corporation is headquartered in Baton Rouge,
Louisiana, USA. The company holds a world-wide license
agreement from Louisiana State University (LSU) Agricultural
Center on a patented oxidizing technology. Though the
technology can be applied to many oxidizing applications, at
present OxB Corporation is focused on commercializing this
technology as a broad-range biocide.

MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of OxB
Corporation is to submit OxB Biocide to the regulatory
process and to commercialize it as a sanitizer,
disinfectant, sporicide and sterilant to the military,
industry, institutions and the public. Alternatively, OxB will consider a colaborative effort with a large manufacturer or user of biocides in return for an exclusive sublicense in a given application or market. OxB Corporation has an obligation both to its stockholders and to the public
to open the way for this remarkable biocide to be used for
the benefit of humankind.
PATENT
The patent (US 6,866,870) describes the method of
formation of a unique molecule from mixtures of a peroxide
and a hypochlorite. Supplemental patents either have
issued or are pending in major worldwide markets. |
