THE COMPANY

OxB Corporation is a Louisiana Company headquartered in Baton Rouge. The company acquired worldwide marketing rights on technology developed and patented by scientists at Louisiana State University (LSU) Agriculture Center. The technology is a newly discovered, safe, broad-spectrum sporocide and cold sterilant (as well as disinfectant and sanitizer). Though the technology can be applied to many oxidizing applications, at present OxB Corporation is focused on commercializing this technology as a broad-range biocide.
 

MISSION STATEMENT The mission of OxB Corporation is to expedite the availability of OxB Biocide to the public as a sanitizer, disinfectant, and a sterilant at an affordable cost. OxB Corporation feels an obligation to its stockholders and to the public to expedite the regulatory process in accurate, clear and convincing terms to open the way for use of the product in markets critical to health and safety. PATENT The patent (US 6,866,870) describes the method of formation of a unique molecule from mixtures of a peroxide and a hypochlorite. Supplemental patents either have issued or are pending in major worldwide markets.
